We recommend this class to all students that are new to yoga. Designed to orient you to the different practices and procedures, helping you understand the benefits, a little introduction to the philosophy, and lots useful, random survival stuff for beginners. $20

Our next scheduled Intro Class is Saturday July 11th at 3:00-5:00PM $20

Omadawn Movie Circle

Once a month Omadawn will host a movie night and discussion group. Our showings will feature hidden jewels that you are not likely to have seen. These will be an eclectic mix from my collection, including full features, shorts, documentaries, educational, and/or animations. If you like good movies with positive spiritual themes, then please join our movie circle. Non-toxic popcorn and cold and hot herb teas included, additional home made healthful snacks may be available for purchase. $10 donation appreciated.
